REFUND POLICY
TUITION REFUNDS:
- Refunds will only be given for classes that cannot be delivered or made-up by error of PC Kidz.
- Refund may be given if child is no longer an enrolled student at a facility that offers PC Kidz classes.
- Refund will only be given for actual number of classes not completed by PC Kidz.
- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of last class attended.
- Refunds are issued in the original payment method. There will be no cash refunds.
- Refunds will be prorated to reflect the amount of each unattended class, less any fees paid to the school and/or any fees charged to PC Kidz for processing the transaction.

Student Absences: PC Kidz is not obligated to make-up classes or give credits/refunds for student absences.

If you are not fully satisfied with your child's initial session, simply provide your feedback, and we will promptly and respectfully refund your full tuition. Money back guarantee applies only to newly enrolled students and must be requested before the second class is attended.
